A Custom Digital Avatar Spokesperson is a lifelike digital presenter created to represent a brand, business, product, or organization. It can deliver scripted presentations, advertisements, announcements, training materials, and other video content without requiring a live presenter for every production.
A Custom Digital Twin is a more personalized digital representation of a specific real person. It is designed to closely reproduce that individual’s appearance, voice, mannerisms, expressions, and presentation style, creating a consistent digital version of the person for approved productions.

Yes. With their written permission. We can "clone" your actual staff or executives to create proprietary digital twins.
This allows your team to "record" unlimited video content without ever stepping back into a studio.
Once your custom avatar proof has been approved and finalized, standard turnaround is generally 24 to 36 business hours, depending on the scope of the project and final production requirements.
EMS EFX operates during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Work submitted on any given day will begin on the next business day.
Rush turnaround may be available for an additional $50 fee.
Our system supports over 29 languages with perfect Advanced Speech-Driven Facial Animation and localized tonal inflections, allowing your brand to scale globally without additional filming costs.

We do not charge per user. We charge per project. You can unlimited number of authorized admin for a project.

Of course, there are no contracts to bind you to any project plan.
No. There is no upfront project setup fee.
However, once an AI spokesperson proof has been approved, a non-refundable $200 approved proof fee applies if the project is later canceled. This is because the proof asset has already been created and approved for your project.
Each avatar/video is treated as one (1) project, and you may purchase as many paid projects as needed.
The project plan you select determines the scope and limits of each individual AI spokesperson project.
A discount is available when more than one (1) project plan is purchased. Please see the discount section for full details below.
The main difference between the available plans is the length of the commercial.
EMS EFXâ„¢ offers a 10% discount to verified veteran-owned and verified first responder-owned businesses. This discount cannot be combined with volume discounts or other promotional offers unless specifically approved by EMS EFXâ„¢.

Volume pricing is available when multiple qualifying project plans are purchased together in the same order and under the same agreement:
- 2 Project Plans: 10% off
- 5 Project Plans: 15% off
- 6 or More Project Plans: 25% off
Volume discounts apply only to qualifying project plans purchased together at the time of the original order. Separate purchases made at a later date do not qualify for volume pricing.

We do allow limited refunds in certain circumstances. Because each EMS EFXâ„¢ project is custom-produced, we do not offer a general money-back guarantee.
Once your Digital Avatar Spokesperson proof has been approved, the $200 approval fee becomes non-refundable.
If the project is canceled after proof approval but before production of the commercial begins, any remaining amount paid may be refunded, less the $200 non-refundable approval fee.

Our guarantee is simple: if the final Avatar Spokesperson or Digital Twin we deliver does not meet our professional standards for natural appearance, precise speech synchronization, and seamless visual integration, we will correct the issue and re-render the affected portion at no additional charge.
Through the EMS Evolutionâ„¢ Framework, we focus on precise facial movement, accurate speech synchronization, natural expression, voice-responsive performance, and seamless integration with the surrounding visual environment.
The result is designed to deliver a natural, polished, and professional presentation while minimizing the artificial or unnatural appearance commonly associated with lower-quality digital characters.
AI Solutions

While we encourage clients to provide their own professional scripts, EMS EFXâ„¢ can create a custom script for your commercial for a flat-rate fee based on the length and scope of the production.
Scriptwriting Rates:
- 15-second commercial: $100
- 30-second commercial: $250
- 60-second commercial: $400
Each script is written specifically for the intended message, audience, and presentation style of the commercial.
Yes. You may use your avatar as needed.
Since the avatar is delivered as an MP4 video file, integration into a website, landing page, or other platform may require embedding or code-based placement, depending on the system being used, such as HTML, iframe, or other supported methods.

Rather than simply animating the mouth, our process uses precision facial mapping to coordinate the movement of the entire lower facial structure—including the jaw, cheeks, lips, and subtle facial expressions—with the timing, cadence, and phonetic characteristics of the spoken performance.

Yes. Our system analyzes the specific audio characteristics and speech patterns of the voice track—whether it features an American Southern drawl, a British executive tone, or another regional speaking style—to help ensure that the facial and mouth movements correspond naturally with the spoken performance.
Through precise phoneme-to-viseme mapping, the EMS Evolutionâ„¢ Framework coordinates the appropriate mouth shapes, facial movement, timing, and expression to create a more natural and convincing presentation.
Last-minute script changes may incur an additional fee.
Once production has reached the lip-sync phase or other advanced stages, changing the script can require part of the project to be rebuilt.
In those cases, additional script or rework charges may apply based on the length of the commercial.
