An AI Avatar is a high-fidelity spokesperson generated from our proprietary library, while a Digital Twin is an exact 1:1 biometric clone of a specific person (such as yourself or a company officer).
Both are integrated into the "EMS Evolution framework" for automated content delivery.
Yes. With their written permission. We can "clone" your actual staff or executives to create proprietary digital twins.
This allows your team to "record" unlimited video content without ever stepping back into a studio.
Once your custom avatar proof has been approved and finalized, standard turnaround is generally 24 to 36 business hours, depending on the scope of the project and final production requirements.
EMS EFX operates during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Work submitted on any given day will begin on the next business day.
Rush turnaround may be available for an additional $50 fee.
Our system supports over 29 languages with perfect lip-sync and localized tonal inflections, allowing your brand to scale globally without additional filming costs.

We do not charge per user. We charge per project. You can unlimited number of authorized admin for a project.

Absolutely. All content generated through the "EMS Evolution framework" is fully licensed for commercial use across all digital platforms, including social media, television, and corporate websites.
Of course, there are no contracts to bind you to any project plan.
No. There is no upfront project setup fee.
However, once an AI spokesperson proof has been approved, a non-refundable $200 approved proof fee applies if the project is later canceled. This is because the proof asset has already been created and approved for your project.
Each avatar/video is treated as one (1) project, and you may purchase as many paid projects as needed.
The project plan you select determines the scope and limits of each individual AI spokesperson project.
A discount is available when more than one (1) project plan is purchased. Please see the discount section for full details below.
The main difference between the available plans is the length of the commercial.
EMS EFX currently offers a 10% discount for verified veteran-owned or verified first responder-owned businesses. This discount is not combinable with volume or other promotional pricing.
Volume discounts for multiple project plans purchased together in the same order:
- 2 project plans: 10% off
- 5 project plans: 15% off
- 6 or more project plans: 25% off
Multiple project discounts apply only when qualifying project plans are purchased at the same time under the same agreement. Separate purchases made later do not qualify for volume discount pricing. Discounts are not combinable unless specifically approved by EMS EFX.
We do allow limited refunds in certain situations. Because each EMS EFX project is custom-produced, a general money-back guarantee is not offered.
Once your AI avatar/spokesperson proof is approved, a non-refundable $200 approval fee is retained.
If the project is canceled after proof approval but before the commercial is produced, any remaining amount paid may be refunded less the $200 non-refundable approval fee.
What is your guarantee?
Our guarantee is simple: if the final AI Spokesperson or Digital Twin we deliver does not look natural, professionally lip-synced, and properly integrated into the finished visual, we will correct the issue and re-render the affected portion at no additional charge.
We achieve that through the "EMS Evolution" framework, which is designed to reduce the unnatural “uncanny valley” effect often seen in lower-grade AI by using precise mouth-shape syncing, natural facial expression mapping, voice-adaptive movement, and visual matching to the final scene.

While we prefer that you provide your own professional script, EMS EFX can provide script writing for a flat-rate fee based on the length of the commercial.
Examples:
- 15-second script: $100
- 30-second script: $250
- 60-second script: $400
Yes. You may use your avatar as needed.
Since the avatar is delivered as an MP4 video file, integration into a website, landing page, or other platform may require embedding or code-based placement, depending on the system being used, such as HTML, iframe, or other supported methods.
We utilize a proprietary biometric mapping system within the "EMS Evolution framework".
Unlike standard AI tools that simply "stretch" a mouth image, our system synchronizes the entire lower facial structure, including the jawline, cheeks, and micro-expressions, to match the phonetic stress of the script.
Yes. Our engine analyzes the specific audio waveform of the voice track—whether it’s an American Southern drawl or a British executive tone—to ensure the physical mouth movements reflect the correct regional "mouth shapes" (visemes).
Last-minute script changes may incur an additional fee.
Once production has reached the lip-sync phase or other advanced stages, changing the script can require part of the project to be rebuilt.
In those cases, additional script or rework charges may apply based on the length of the commercial.
EMS EFX assets are prepared for high-resolution display and large-screen viewing.
Using advanced biometric facial mapping and precise speech alignment, the lip-sync is designed to stay natural, tight, and professional even at larger display sizes.
